Manuelli or Rhom?

Have the chance to buy either one. Rhom is "black diamond," 6-7" and can be seen in my other thread. Manny is probably 4" and still has green tiger stripes.

Which one would you buy and why?

Depends how large the tank is. Personally I like the Mannis prehistoric Look.

i like manuelli's unique looks. more rare than rhoms.

Me too. Once they grow out of the stripes though, they kind of lose some of the edge on looks. Not at all saying they dont still look great though.

Save your money and buy something else. I owned both and they are boring and not worth the power bill and when you go to sell them you get nothing for them.

Both would look nice but if you like to have more color then I would go with Manueli as the bright red (or orange on some fish) color on gill plate will start to develop as they mature.

I like how big rhoms get, vary impressive seeing a large one in person. I would get the rhom. Or what about a Serrasalmus Elongatus? What I've seen on YouTube and people I've talked to, they are worth your wile if its aggression your looking for and the look different than normal piranhas!

What size tank?

Current tank (setup/cycled) is a 75, but I have a 125 in the garage for when the time comes. I just haven't set it up because I haven't tried to make room for it yet.
