Yeah, i heard they can be quite nasty to each other - not in my case... though i do miss my other pim - bad call to put one in the sump (and the only reason i did not put the other one in as well is because i could not catch him) - lucky me i guess
Now the pim is a monster in his own right - outcompetes RTCs for food any day though he does turn up scratched up from time to time.
Pim accepts cheapo floating pellets - RTC do also but they do not gourge themselves silly like the pim. Plus, pim seem to be able to balance itself on the surface better - kinda like a shark with whiskers .. strong bite too

Thanks for condolences - flipping over the dead fish would not have brought them back - but still a great shame ... on me (for not being there) plus 2009 being rather crappy year for me so far (no fatalies previous years - this year quite a fair few of my monsters perished - and i mean they were monstrous)
