Marbled cons

Hi all, i am curious to know if any members keep the notorious marbled convicts. And if you do please provide a picture if possible. Thank you all.

I used to have a marbled con, but I sold it back to the LFS. Fun fish, but it didn't really have any more appeal to me than a normal convict.

Yeah i had some cons the were not marbled.

I know they're pink x norm. But how hard would it be get a marble I say? About as hard to tell how many cons in the world thier are.

But wouldnt it just take like, many attempts before you got some? Actually is easy.

Yeah, Marbled cons are pretty hard to come by.

I have a 3" male marble Convict. Maybe I will try to get some pictures of him. Gonna have to catch him out though cause he dont come out of his cave for nothing.

its not as simple as crossing a pink to a norm. My normal male breeds all the time with my female pink. The fry usually come out norm.

The LFS still has a few marbled cons from the same spawn as my male, but they're only around the 1" mark. I might go pick up 1 or 2 this week as they are quickly becoming one of my favorite fish. I will post pics!
