well i got one crayfish that competely hid herself under a pot..as you can see in the pics one pot is somewat even with the gravel and the other one you cant even see in..the one you cant see in is where she moved all the rocks and dug herself into the pot..i'm hoping to see her with eggs soon..

That's awesome. I would recommend sand or a finer gravel for their 40 gallon.

Night time movement is normal. They are kinda nocturnal I think. Mine move around all the time though.

I can even hand feed mine.

i hand feed mine also..the smaller one will actually crawl into the palm of my hand and get her food its awsome..this weekend i will do a video of it..lately my buddies ignore my bass and watch my crayfish lol

well 2 out of 5 marbled crayfish are buried so idk yet if they are berried..but guess what..my regular red claw crayfish in the same tank as my largemouth bass 1 of them is berried..i been paying alot of attention to my marbled crayfish and forgot about watching my red claw crayfish..this is exciting for me and my daughter..she's got a ton of eggs on her..

If you don't have a male for the red claw, the eggs won't get fertilized and they won't hatch.

Marmokrebs are the ONLY crayfish that don't need a male to hatch babies.

That's good then :)
