:WTF:for 55 bucks regular 70 some odd bucks I expected way better the impeller is crap in these things its a penguin 350 ":screwy: what was i thinking :screwy:" i think my ac 110 is way tougher never will i buy a pos like that again lke it started SQWEELINg Very loudly and theres nothing i could do to stop it and i took it apart to clean it and there was no sand in it what so ever it was clean idk wtf is up with it but im throughing the peice of **** in the box and taking it back. and if the wont give me a refund or my money back im going to leave it on there side walk and tell them to shove that pos up there ass :irked::swear::FIREdevil:flamed::mad::wall::duh::nutkick::headshake:owned::barf::hitting::WHOA:
 
Don't know about the penguin 350, but their magnum 350 is tough as hell. I've been running mine for about 4 years now. It's as good as the day I bought it. Don't know what the deal is maybe you just bought a bad one it happens.
Sorry for the bad luck.
Hopefully you can return it w/ no problem. I think you should give them another shot though try the magnums. Pretty good filter line for the $.

I never liked the penguin filters,the emperor are only a few bucks more and are far superior.
