I agree def. raw shrimp, cooked has stuff added to it not healthy for your fish.

I usually feed raw.For some reason my oscar wont eat raw,but loves cooked

I use peeled and cooked (lazy, I guess), cut into pieces and soaked overnight in Kent Zoe to add vitamins to their diet.

I go raw uncooked. Freeze it myself and break off what I need - put in warm glass of water - peel & cut up - put back in warm water with multi-vitamin drops.
