Marsh killies are very nice fish. The males get a lot of spangling on them. We get these fish from time to time from brackish environs.
I suspect the fish from the picture, though, are mummichogs, F. heteroclitus, rather than confluentus. Marsh killies don't have the bluish metallic hue and barring like I think I am seeing in the pics. They will be more of a brownish color with less distinct barring. Either way, they are nice fish. Male mummichogs are one of the absolute nicest looking natives available.
