Just checking in I am from Medway/Falmouth. Here are a couple LFS that I check out every now and then. They all get odd stuff. Neds is down the street, but you all seem to know about that shop already.

I got my Leichardti arowana here
Oceans of Pets
1500 Diamond Hill Rd, Woonsocket, RI

I found a macronema bleekeri catfish here. I never seen one of these before in a shop.
Patnaude's Aquarium & Pet
1193 Ashley Blvd, New Bedford, MA

I got a nice ray here for $50
Fish Bowl Aquarium & Pet Mart
638 Quequechan St, Fall River, MA

I will post some pics of these guys if anyone is interested.

What else is out there? I don't mind taking a road trip every now and then.

I got a pond here in Medway it is about 25x35 feet 4 feet deep and the average depth is about 2.5ft. The koi winter with no problems as long as you keep a hole open if you fail to do this you will lose everything. I found this out the hard way. I am going to get some sturgeons this spring and see how they do. I will have some water lillies and lotus available this spring.

Hey what's up guy's i just bought a 8'2'2 glass tank a few days ago and when we brought it in my basement we cracked the front top euro brace glass piece and the right corner cracked on the bottom glass sheet of the tank i live on cape cod in south dennis mass 02660 i need some one local that is handy in fixing this type of thing to pleez help me fix the tank i will of cours pay you to help me fix the i'm going to post pics of the problems on the bottome of this thread the first two pics of the tank are of the top front left front corner and front piect that crack goes from back of the glass brace all the way to the front to were it touches the front glass sheet but the front glass sheet it's self is not harmed at all and only the front glass brace is cracked the one that is under it that goes from the front to the back of the tank is not cracked at all. The next two pics are of the bottom right side of the tank there is a 3-4 inch crack in the bottom glass sheet of the tank the crack is directly under the glass brace piece that goes around the inside of the tank that brace it's self is not cracked but the brace on the inside of the tank that runs on the front from left to right is cracked and there is also a chip on the out side bottom of the tank that does not go all the way through the tank which is the last picture so what i am looking for here is some one that is relatively near me that is interested in coming and taking a look at it and asesing the situation and letting me know if they would be willing to fix the tank for me or some one that is noligable of how to fix it and would by it either way but i would rather have it fixed so anyways i'm new here to mass i just moved here from southern nh so hello to every one and i look foward to hearing from you guys. if you would like to give me a call my number is 1-774-212-1405 my email is heffesuita@yahoo.com and again my address is

Brother 'Mass-holes'. Me - originally from L-town (Lowell)-30+yrs. Now Lowell north = Nashua area. Just getting back into fish after quite a few years off. Took over my brothers stock and want to split it soon. I also see a few familiar faces on here.

My new favorite place, which I HIGHLY recommend. The Aquarium Gallery. New place with young blood - Great selection just about anything you want. Had an amazing MOTO yesterday. Good guys also.

I'm looking for a 125+, money is the only issue. I do have a few tanks for sale if any are interested.

Where is The Aquarium Gallery?? I've heard some good things about and I want to check it out.

They are on 3A in Hudson, NH. Exit 2 off of RT.3, just go over the river and take a left head North.

I gotta get me a larger tanke 125gal + get me some room for monsters. Anyone got any info on cheap tanks??

Thanks, I'll have to check it out.

I was going to buy another 150 from "estubbaly" for $300..until my landlord nixed it:irked: . He lives on the South Shore...talk to him if you want...he's a great guy.

i would call a company that deals with glass... like a showerdoor company. they repair broken shower doors and such and this may be a simple fix for them... now are these cracks near the bottom of your tank or top?

downste21 thanks for the info i posted pics previously of the tank and cracks on my last mess but the first crack in pic one and two is in the top glass brace the one that goes the hole lenght of the front of the tank the brace that is it is in the left corner allmost and goes from front to back of that brace and the second crack is in the bottom of the tank after closer inspection there is two is this spot they are in the bottom sheet of the tank on the right side both of them are dirrectly under the iner braces that go around the inside of the tank one runs down under the brass that goes from front to back on the right side and the other is in the front of the bottom sheet that is under the brace that goes from right to left of the tank if further info is needed pleez pm me thanks for you;r time i appreciate it
