Really sorry to hear that, it always hurts when you lose one of your favorites. Been there plenty of times. Atleast you were in the room and saw it happen, and your not wonderin, (how did this happen?) Once, again, very sorry. That was one cool fish!!!

sorry for your loss, i always hear about armatus and atf's banging on top of the lids and dying.

Yeah,my Dorado got spooked the other day and just about shot up through the glass lid.I thought for sure he was going to die.

One thing you can look forward too is GATF season in the congo is starting in late oct/nov. so maybe some will hit the shores of the US. Keep an eye out!

Sorry for your loss. I know someone who had a giant one but unloaded it for that same reason. It hit the glass soo hard too many times. It's sad that keeping such an amazing beautifull fish is such a gamble.
