Max. Size and Min. tank size?

I am not a fan of Oscars either but I am not a hatter by any means. If that is his dream I am with it. But I feel your seintament channarox I don't care for them either. One of the few cichlids that don't do it for me.
 
lol its alright guys its up to me though, i kinda feel in love with oscars when i saw them feeding at the LFS and they were one of the first monsters i had ever seen. And its up to all you guys what fish you have lol

franchise if youre thinking pike cincta would be a good choice, just make sure whatever you choose is from the lugubris group. others would stay too small. cincta, tapajos, venz, would all do great. tapajos I (red pike) would be amazing with some really yellow pbass. the others would kind of fall by the wayside IMO.
 
xingu I (orange pike) would do well, and look amazing too.
