Canada... i wish.
uhh well deaths sting from MFK brought this question to my head. what is the max and min tank size for two full grown oscars.

personally i think a 100 with the just a pair of full growns should be fine.

what do you guys think?

i would not feel bad about having 2 10-12''ers in a 75g (4' x 18'') as long as the filtration was around a 10x turn over rate from canisters or better. As long as they were alone and the tank was pretty open and not crowded with drift wood all over the place. But a larger tank is better

i agree with hybrid about minimun but max.....try us...

really a 75 gal for two full grown O's?

I think that a 75 is too small for 2 full grown Oscars. I think 100 gallon should be ok for just two Os. What are the dimensions?

dim. on my 100 gal is 6ftx1.5ftx1.5ft. i think once the O's are full grown theyll be the only fish in the tank.

yeah i think a 75 gal is pushing it a bit. what else do guys think.? what do you think the max would be lol :D

so a 120 gallon thats 4ft X 2ft X 2ft would work for 2 Oscars forever? i wanted a couple large rocks and maybe a fake plant or two as well.

IMO yes a 120 would be great for 2 adult oscars...especially if you could wind up with a breeding pair. 6 foot length would be nice but the 2 foot width makes up the difference imo. :)
