A little update on the juvenile Berdmorei Tiger Loach. He continues to grow and is beefing up a bit.
The Tiger's aggression is extreme. At only 1.5 inches, he goes after any fish in the tank no matter what size. The adult Berdmorei doesn't appear to be overly concerned with the juvenile.
I'm not even sure if the little guy is even the same type of Tiger as the adult Berdmorei.
I found an old juvenile pic of my now adult Berdmorei. He's pictured lying on a rock. I compared it to the two new pics of the juvenile Tiger.
There's quite a bit of difference. As far as I know, the Berdmorei are all wild caught. Maybe there are color variations from different collection points.
Anyway, this Tiger is an awsome Loach. I really like his colors and bad attitude.
Btw, the four new Kubotai Loaches and six new YoYo's are doing well.
