Maybe not YoYo Loaches?

I bought the four Juvenile Berdmorei today, all that was available.

They acclimated well and immediately began eating NLS mini pellets.

Although I'm a little disappointed at the small size, I think it actually increases their survival chances against the lone adult Berdmorei.
They are lightning fast and can instantly dissappear into the hardscape.

They were primarily being fed algae wafers, which probably wasn't the best choice. They should color up pretty quick with a better diet.

Just an update. The two smallest of the juvenile Berdmorei Tiger Loaches have died. My guess is they were killed by either the adult Berdmorei Tiger or the bigger remaining two siblings. Berdmorei are notorious for killing weaker conspecifics.

On a brighter note, I bought six juvenile YoYo Loaches and have them in quarantine. I went ahead and dosed a round of Prazipro.
The last time I bought fish from that particular store I brought home gill flukes.
