Mbu not growing

Kevin- I will will post pics when I get all the fish in the 480g. Right now, they are in a 300g fiberglass tank, which doesnt have a viewing window. I guess it is more of a pond. You have got some nice goldies there, I have 3 myself but range from 8-12".

In all honest, I'm curious to find out if there is a variation in Mbu. I saw a couple full grown with a very long tail while some other have extremely long body length but the tail are quite short.

morphological differences such as what you describe are usually environmentally set to the specific ecological setting that the puffer was caught from.
