If you had more muscular arms I'm sure you could bench a lot more than that... IMO your arms look small (no offense), but your max is pretty decent.
Do you do a lot of pectoral workouts?
Not really, I focus mainly on my quads, glut's, lats, back, and shoulders, mainly, because of fighting that I do, but I used to be alot bigger back in football days, But I lost all of that because of partying too much and being lazy.. and for the arm size thing none taken, I know I do. But like I said I broke my wrist and couldn't work out one arm and not the other so I sacrificed and didn't work out at all. My bicepts are pretty big, it's just i have a hard time bulking up my forearm's and calve muscles, everything else seems to double in size over these two..

Pretty good for a kid-wait til you get to your late 20s early 30s and develop what we in the gym call "man strength" I am 35 and hardly ever go to the gym but yet I lift almost double of what I did as a teenager. And as far as arching your back don't worry about it-I do the same as a matter of fact dudes in the gym give me c--- cause I even bounce the weight off my chest.
If it helps any I broke my wrist and was out of the gym for 5 months because of it.. But I do know I arch too much, but I know a few power lifter's and they say when you hit double your body weight to do this because it helps your bench more, wether that being true or not, that is what I have been told.. Also if it helps any, I am not taking any supplement's.. Not even protein, YET. I want to get my diet perfect before i start..
