nice...You can prob bench more then 90% of the people on here so who cares what people say. For people who don't think so you are suppose to arch your back, it is proper benching form. When you don't isolate the chest it leads to using your shoulders. keep your feet back, arch your back, dont flare your elbows, stay in form throughout the whole lift. Remember to keep your butt down...that weight was easy for you to.

When I bench I like to have my spotter keep his hands under the bar, not helping me. It is 100% psychological, but helps me bench almost 15 more pounds. just a thought.

He didn't help me out on this, it just looks like that, he normally isn't my spotter, we just spar, he is like a black belt in brazillain jujitzu and is training me.. So this bench was just a like instant thing, we wern't even working out that day..
But I am sure I can do a little more, I just didn't want to push it.. you know?

Nice job bro. Lotta haters on here telling you what to do... post up your videos fools!

I'm 25, and can't bench that much, but I'm not as big as you... 5'4" 130lbs. Getting in the gym and working out is more than 90% people here are doing I'm sure. Keep it up kid, you'll hit your goals.

ahah well thanks, my buddy spotting me in the background is about your size, but he could beat my a** with his hands tied.. He is like 5'6" 140 solid though, he trians in jujitzu and kick boxing.. not really a lifter, but yeah, good to have on your side!
lol

Thanks for those who support me, and thanks for those who gave me constructive criticism, and those haters, well make your own vids..

Squat vids and full exercise vids soon, and a sparing one.. :)

yeah bro lets c u do rep's not just once. but good S***T keep it up

Pretty good for a kid-wait til you get to your late 20s early 30s and develop what we in the gym call "man strength" I am 35 and hardly ever go to the gym but yet I lift almost double of what I did as a teenager. And as far as arching your back don't worry about it-I do the same as a matter of fact dudes in the gym give me c--- cause I even bounce the weight off my chest.

You are right on. I remember back when I broke 200lbs. I thought I was a beast. A few years later I was working out with 265lbs. Once you hit your mid to late 20s/30s your body will go into beast mode. As long as you lift that is. I don't really work out with weights any longer, but I could still probably work out with 225lbs and I'm kinda scrawny! My wife has me running and attempting to do the Triathlon thing. As you can tell I'm not in the best of shape. This picture was after the Mercedes Marathon/Half. lol

Honestly he looks way too young to be a black belt in BJJ. I don't think its even possible to be a legit black belt and under 25 years old. It takes 10-12 years to get your BJJ blackbelt by a legit instructor. I train with Samuel Puccio under the Carlson Gracie team, so I'm not a total BJJ newb.

This is my BJJ instructors page. You will see my ugly mug in a few of the pics. I got my blue belt a few years back from Samuel.

Your doing hella good with the weights. Keep it up!
