For people who don't think so you are suppose to arch your back, it is proper benching form. When you don't isolate the chest it leads to using your shoulders. keep your feet back, arch your back, dont flare your elbows, stay in form throughout the whole lift. Remember to keep your butt down...that weight was easy for you to.
When I bench I like to have my spotter keep his hands under the bar, not helping me. It is 100% psychological, but helps me bench almost 15 more pounds. just a thought.

I'm 25, and can't bench that much, but I'm not as big as you... 5'4" 130lbs. Getting in the gym and working out is more than 90% people here are doing I'm sure. Keep it up kid, you'll hit your goals.
