ok first not alot of pounds lol im 147 pound and put up 255 lol and u had no clips on the bar lol but good job 200 is a good amount for any one of ur size

. Your form should be good enough to keep the bar level and weight balanced. And unless you can post a video of you putting up 255, I don't believe a word.Deepsouth;3226795; said:You are right on. I remember back when I broke 200lbs. I thought I was a beast. A few years later I was working out with 265lbs. Once you hit your mid to late 20s/30s your body will go into beast mode. As long as you lift that is. I don't really work out with weights any longer, but I could still probably work out with 225lbs and I'm kinda scrawny! My wife has me running and attempting to do the Triathlon thing. As you can tell I'm not in the best of shape. This picture was after the Mercedes Marathon/Half. lol
