Mealworms of for rays?

Ok guys,im going to try and get some worms from a bait shop because we cant find many in the garden and not sure about digging them up in the woods behind our house and then soak other food in with the worms and try that.
We are feeding her with forceps and she definitely jumps on whatever we put in but after shes jumped on it she realises its not what she wants and doesnt eat it but she will eat the worms.

Some rays are so hard to get off the worms steve,ive had some suck on them for over 12 months..even when i was soaking all other foods over night in worm juice..they will come off them when they are ready..the main thing is they are eating...once you get them off the worms..i just wouldn't feed them to them again..no need to.
