Medicating Australian Lungfish

They all get pieces of pink salmon, whitefish, smelt, herring, mackerel, shrimp, live guppies they can catch and pellets.
The Aul also eat bristlenose plecos (breeding colony in her tank) and all the snails I can get for her. Those little spots on the glass are baby snails not dirt. The malaysian live snails are good because they burrow in the gravel and she must dig to get them. Also since the snails are live bearers they provide loads of young which she hunts down when they are big enough to notice.

I have NO idea what happened, I woke up this morning to find Kwan (My AUL is named Kwan) with his eye completely blown up!
Is this Trauma or Pop Eye??? My guess is that one of his tank mates bothered him and he rammed in to a piece of drift wood.
Right now I'm giving him a Mele/Pima Bath.
I'm going to soak him for at least an hour.
