They look pretty cool... Rapps has some for sale right now, I thought of getting one, but decided not too.
Yup... $75 for I think an 8" one. I have not seen any in the lfs's around me tho.... at least in a long time.
Our lfs is not allowed to stock any that grows to 12" or above. I'm guessing because of rehoming issues when people don't have large enough tanks and they don't want them surrendered back to them

Cant wait to see him when he gets bigger. They're pretty rare where I'm from but then again even an Oscar is rare around these parts.
i have a spotted rafael cat that i got as a juvenile, its not a mega, i have never heard of megas either, but my spotted one doesnt grow very fast at all, ive had him about a year and hes probably only grown a few inches. at present i would guess him to be about 4-6 inches long, and about a couple 2-3 inches across the head, heres a couple shots of him, and its very rare to see him, he pretty well stays hidden ALL the time...
HaHa! +1 i had put one in the 300 about a year and a half ago and he immediately went into my huge rock pile... I saw him 2 times poking out of the rocks in 6 months then i lost him for good. He then randomly appeared 8 months later. (I thought my clown knife 100% ate him!) and i can not find him again... He could still be in there... A 3 inch fish surviving a 18" clown knife is cool though!
