Here's some definitions for colours in fish.

Albino - white fish/red eyes
Leucistic - white (or light yellow) fish/black eyes {Incomplete leucistic is commonly known as PIED}
Lutino - yellow fish/red eyes (aka xanthic)
Rubino - red fish/red eyes
Melanino - black fish/red eyes
Phaemelanino - brown fish/red eyes

Melanism is an increased amount of black or nearly black pigmentation (as of skin, feathers, or hair) of an organism, resulting from the presence of melanin.
This information is incomplete. Within the Albino trait, there are several different types of Albinism. You can have a creature being albino, without the red eyes.

I still believe it would be best to call it Amel (Amelanistic).
