That's exciting about your house! Moving is hard. Although it does suck when you are stuck in a state you don't like. Would you guys consider moving back to NY to be closer to family?
St.Augustine is about 2 hours away from me. St.Augustine obviously supports a substantial tourism industry, and is a beach city. It's a really pleasant place ever time I've visited. The beaches/ houses are beautiful and the attitude seems pretty laid back. Idk what the political leaning or the school systems are like though. Florida has a lot of different vibes. Some cities are college towns, some mainly old people.
I'm not familiar with any of the LFS around there. Just whatever you do, DO NOT go to THE DDP(Damn Dirty Poly store). heh. Other members might know other places. I thinkkno4te mentioned North Florida Aqua at one point.

No NY isnt in the cards. I do miss being closer to family but the positives dont out weight the negatives.
We are just hoping that st.augustine is more family friendly and the developments have more kids. My kids are soo freakin bored now. Only 1 kid in our development and hes a weirdo lol.
We're probably going down in feb to take a peak at the developments the wife has been looking at.

St Augustine is an older town. Stayed in a beach house on the beach. Beautiful coast. Should check out Lithia fl. Live in Fishhawk ranch. Mainly families with kids live here. Search for it. Family friendly and schools are good.
Nolan’s aquarium in Polk county, aquarium store (name of store) brandon fl, and west side aquarium and pets in Tampa.
Thx man gonna search that now. Shes been looking at developments in st. Johns because of how high the schools are rated. Chikatee or something like that is one that comes to mind. Also Durbin crossing
