It's not going to come to a vote. Tapatalk is just an alternate browser that converts legacy software into something readable on a phone, which out modern software already does.
The only other arguments I've seen is that people don't like that the browser doesn't have a button like an app and that it uses a lot of data. That's fair, but just add a shortcut to your favourite part of MFK to your home screen for the same functionality. As to the data, all I can say is that broswer functionality uses less data than did the custom app we had a few years ago, and the browser bad the added benefit of generally working.
