your totally right it's genetic's, i come from an area of the world where many famous athletes come from- eastern europe- in this area people are GIANTS there ukranian family's i know where the smallest son is 6'4" out of like 5 sons. these are boy raised on farms and work for many generations, makeing them and there father strong as bulls- watch WSM comps- it's all eastern europe guys. pudjinoski and savicks. etc.

i'm not strong like a bull, but i was athlectic in every way, my fathers best friend played division 1 college ball-QB, and he saw i had some of the best hands he'd ever seen when i was like 12. plus fast as hell.

lol. my bad. i was stuck on 60 yrd. cause i was talkin to my buddy about it like all day yesterday. lol.

iused to be able to run an 11.5 five 100 in high scholl, then I discovered beer and got lazy now if I tried running a 100 I'd probably take a breather at the 40 yard line then just give up at the 70 and pass out

most likely its from hard landings. learn to land on your toes and rock back on your heels. same with running. for verts land toe heel, for dunking (running and dunking) land heel toe, just like when running. you wont get shin splits or tendon itis. and if you do end up with it, just use a hot towel on it for about 2 mins then ice it down everynight. will heal in about two weeks. you can still excersize while treating it too.

good advice. I never had a joint problem, broken bone, or injury worse than sprained ankle, but it is a risk i need to watch out for

I haven't lifted consistantly in over 2 years, I miss benching 225 lbs at 175 lbs. My goal was to have a max of 315 lbs. I don't really miss the supplements though...it got pricey. I admit...for as much weight I can do, I'm horrible at Cardio. At least I can still wear this around and make it look good. :ROFL:
