MFK Fitness challenge

distance runner eh? i did cross country and some 800's early in my time running, and i have to say, distance and cross country are SO boring to do.

Actually, I love the two mile. It's supposedly my best event, but I haven't ran one since i ran a 10:58 like a month ago. I've done a 5:02 mile, a 2:23 800, and a 60.6 400 since.

who here has taken supplements?

i took creatine for like a week and never touched it again! for some reason, dieting and using supplements just isnt apealing to me and ive been working out for about 4 years and been satisfied.
 
I figure this will be an interesting thread to follow. I am not up for a "challenge" but I love working out. I'm 6'1" and my "bulk" weight (from when I powerlifted) was around 230 lbs, "normal" is about 200 lbs, and when I played soccer was about 175 lbs. Every day I do 20 min on eliptical, 10 on bike (both for warmup) arm, chest, some leg weight training then another 10 min cool down on bike. Unfortunately I have been taking a break and my weight is about 210 lbs right now (gotta kick smoking!).
 
what are your guys body types?

i got one of those where everything hides and looks normal until i pick up a wieght and all hell breaks lose. then i go back to normal. lol

is anyone here cut all the time?

as for the challenge, i got 18 in 20:03

18 thats pretty good just 2 more and that considered very fit. And your the only one that did it. What did you think of it was it hard?

it drains your energy quick (well mine atleast) about the 8th one i was feeling it for pullups and around the 12th for pushups. squating was just annoying cause it comes easy for me... lol. i actually got 6 sets in just over 4 mins and thought it was going to be no problem...lol
 
lol i did it...:( i did 8 ....but i've had 3 taqulia's and a kebab haha and i have nothing to do pull ups on so i did situps lol
