If you are specifcally talking about the planetarium, its free with your paid admission ticket, you just have to get a ticket to reserve your space.

I'm goin' up the night before, so I'm down for an earlier start time...Maybe we can meet for breakfast at a close by Denny's or restaurant?

There has got to be a place, that with prior notice, can handle the MFK crew...

There are no places near by to eat given that it deep in Golden Gate park. Also if we all meet for breakfast then drive to the Aquarium, parking will be a nightmare. I think its better to get there early and get a parking spot.

FYI - Leave no valuables in your car, often times car burglers do realize you will park in the nearby neighborhoods only to be away for hours which leaves them plenty of time to break in your car...

I checked, and yes you can get them. They call them "gift tickets" and you pay for them online and print them at home. you can buy the up to 90 days in advance and they are good for 6 months just in case you dont make it on the day you planned.

Do the advanced tickets allow you to go to the members line?

Or must you still wait in the non-members line?

Last time I was there, members line was only a 45min wait....
