Ok. So I am alone on this...I do not think a 14 year old should be banned. period.

I agree with you on this Miguel.
Racism is tought and fostered in a child from birth almost.
Its really not his fault for having those beliefs. The racism is not his fault.
The fact that he did make those comments repeatedly is partially his fault.

So you are saying that 2 years ago, when you were 14 you shouldn't be held accountable for your actions, but now that you are 16 we should ban you for something like that? I say that he may not have appreciated the gravity after a couple warnings, but he definitely appreciates it now after the ban hammer fell on his head. If age is the excuse, then he should remain banned because he will still be the same age if we let him come back.
