Yeah well, going into last night you were up on me 11-0. I made some of that up, but I think your still doing pretty well, as long as Lebron or Howard doesn't go down.....:D

Ah, hell......you probably just jinxed me. :( :D You made up a ton last night. The only thing I really have the advantage in is rebounds and assists. Other than that, you could win every other category just as well as I could. The only thing saving me from my injuries........is yours :D.

Yeah, thanks for that. :irked:

The trade rumors have begun in Detroit, first it was Brand, and I'm glad that one isn't going to happen, and now the new rumor is Amare. I think that he would help Detroit, and since everyone is waiting for 2010, if teams can lock these guys up ahead of time, it's a huge plus.
I wonder if we'll start hearing the Bosh rumors soon....
And Dirk....

Yeah, but I'm positive it would have been a different game had Garnett not been tick-tacked out of the game in regulation ;). The refs decided that game, calling every touch foul on Boston, but not calling the game deciding foul on Fisher. Not that I care, but that's just how it happened.

Why is it all the Laker fans come out of the woodwork when they win, but never have anything else to contribute to the conversation/thread? :grinno:

I just heard that they took away a rebound from Lebron's triple double, so bye bye to the historic night....

Yeah. Kind of stupid if you ask me. If they're going to do that, they should go through and check every assist that is handed out. They are completely subjective, based only on the opinion of the stat keeper for that game. I am totally ok with them bringing his game to the "fair" level of everyone else (calling travels, etc), but that just seems a bit much.

I dont think they singled out Lebron. Stats are always corrected after the games are reviewed. This was just made a big deal because it cost him a record. Refs did not give the lakers that win they earned it.

Sometimes a person would rather than be quiet that talk just to hear words...

I believe that every great philosopher known to man has said something to that extent in one way or another...

This IMO was a defining game and a statement game of what they can STILL-think last year- do without Bynum. I have a picture of Kobe pointing at Rondo, Garnett, Pierce, and Allen as my desktop-the one were there was a double technical on Rondo/Kobe after Rondo pushed Kobe after the play was over for no apparent reason. In this game the Lakers really d'ed up and said enough is enough; we will not be pushed around any more. I mean look at the last shot of the 4th and of OT, both perfect defensive possessions for the lakers with fall away threes from Boston in both situations. The picture with Gasol standing over Allen yeling and pounding his chest is priceless.

Looking forward to Sunday's game vs Cleveland...

ROFLMAO about Lebron getting stripped of rebound. He didn't deserve it anyway.:headbang2:headbang2
