Micro Monsters! Preditory Tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I second the dwarf crenicichla - belonesox are kind of boring on their own, they just kinda float and wait for food. They're better suited to a community setting of deep-bodied, peaceful fish (they do well with angels/discus/the larger barbs, etc.). The dwarf crenicichla are just like their larger counterparts, always on the move, investigating things, etc, plus IMO they're just that much more attractive than belonesox. Belonesox are great fish, don't get me wrong, just not the kind of fish I'd dedicate a tank to.

Argh!!! Stupid college tank size restrictions!!!! The biggest tank I can get now is a 10g. My desk is the perfect size to house a 30g if I were to move all my books else where.

Im still searching for something ridiculously mean. I want to be scared when doing water changes. I want to have nightmares about this fish. I want to wet my bed because im too scared to walk by his tank in the dark!

Though not a fish, I've got a gaboon that would live up to these expectations :)
