This is probably one of the only true Midas Cichlids I've ever seen, and I'm seriously impressed.

Also, what are those smaller dither-like fish you have with the brute? Does he/she bother them at all?
 
nice midas! How big is he? mines about 6" and I hope he's going to look as beautiful as yours!

His tankmates are as follow:

2x 2-3" female Convicts
1x 3-4" male Geophagus brasiliensis
4x 5-6" Leptobarbus hoevenii
9-12x 3-6" Clown loaches
2x 4-5" plecos (L48 and L368)
