All my Midas' are quite mild temper, they can be kept with small fishes with no problem.

Amazing... never owned any Amphilophus species, but I'm really thinking about taking the plunge...

Doing good given the confined space.
Added an powerhead for compensation.
He got some symmetrical holes forming but one is going away. I dunno about the other...

Promising? How are they look these days?

Only have the male left, lost the female to a failed breeding attempt. He has the same patterns on fins and tail as the big guy above but with even shorter face for his size. I'll try to get some good pix of it soon.
