Midas in 20 gallon/Bowl???

I've been to many fish stores where they keep eight to 10 inch fish in 20 gallon tanks. Sure they're not meant to be in there for long, but they do it and the fish are healthy enough.

I think they're able to get away with it because:

a) it's temporary
b) most fish stores are on a sump system, providing ample filtration and increasing total water volume
c) they have to put the fish in smaller tanks because it's hard to devote a 75g to every adult aggressive cichlid for sale

yeah exactly, +1 ^^^ its not something that is meant to last for the entire life of the fish
