Minimum For a Red Ear Slider?

Some may say that my 80g tank is to small for my full grown guys BUT I've had them for 7 years now. I feed them well and made a custom platform for them to go on.
As for filtration I have 1 FX5 on the 80g and it does well.

my mother keeps her two sliders in a 55 gallon a 5-6 year old male and female, female is huge, but...before any one screams its not the standard 55 gallon its wide and rather short its almost two feet wide..strange tank but its neat they both have plenty of room for now..though they are to be uprated to a 100 gallon in the near future

my friend had 2 red ear sliders and they and parasites and he used the same net now all his tanks have parasites
