Minimum tank size for a Dovii

so, my next question for you guys, what is there average growth rate like? an inch a month?

mine have been going about 3/4"/month.
they slow down around 9-10" and start to gain a lot of weight from what i've seen so far.
i can't wait til mine gets fatter!

Varies on tank size, diet, water quality, etc..

My male grew 1.75" in a month, but thats while power feeding and 2x 50% water changes a week.

A pair will never be successful, I have almost lost my female a dozen times due to agression, even when the male is 2/3's the size of the female.

Its impossible to tell, as every fish are different.
Having a pair is much more work, I would rather just stick with a male IMO.

Should have a fairly fast growth until 10" or so as people said but you should have no problem getting a 180 depending on your house and how open it is. I got my 150 With 1/2 inch glass down my stairs by my self. I also flipped the thing like a pancake when I was cleaning it outside before setup. I am a moderately big guy about 6'1" and 195-205 lbs so you being 245lbs and 5'10" I hope thats muscle lol. I also got my 180 down the stairs and back up the stairs because I was going to set it up but now selling it for another one. LOL If two people me and my moms BF can lift my 410 gallon around which no lie ways at least 500 lbs than you can do it.

a lot of its muscle LOL, theres some ponch on there to though! lol

i dont think it will be a problem with me and someone else, ill have to look around, but i think i decided on a pair of Jags instead, they stay a little smaller and could fit more comfortably in a 180, or a bit less if i cant find a 180.
