All i can say is 12/10 and then some. The tank is beautiful and the fish look so healthy and colorful. They look like they are ALL purebred. From Rapps? :drool:

Thanks. I wish I could order from Rapps though. Would make sourcing quality fish a lot easier.

I shoot in shutter priority. Usually around 1/50th but as you can see good results can be had as low as 1/30th.

I haven't had the Jar for quite some time. I had an offer I couldn't refuse.;) Just for the record while I am at it. I have just sold the dovii and all my other tanks. A hard decision but I am going to concentrate on the 800g for now. I do have plans for a second build to sit right next to the current one though. Project for next year.;)

Thanks, I'm going to try it. I have always shot the fish with strong overhead flashes at around 1/250th and around f/18. I feel sometimes the flash kind of washes out some of the color on the fish.
