Did you also see how he is very scared to even stand a second because of fear of getting knocked out again? Another thing, no such thing as a lucky shot unless u stick your fist out and a guy runs into it. Sorry to break it to you but Cain is already broken mentally he will get knocked out by junior again.

Cain didn't have enough time in his first fight to test JDS wrestling. I think if Cain didn't get caught early he would have taken JDS down. Well see what happens next.

Sad to see Mayhem look like crap again and be done, but his knee was trashed. At least he had better cardio this time. Unless he can get his knee fixed and learn some better takedown defense, he should pack it up. He had CB hurt a couple times, so it looks like his standup had improved some, but that could just have been his opponent.
Varner looked awesome. I'm surprised there was that much controversy over the stoppage. He gave the guy 4 straight hammerfists to the jaw without Barboza doing anything after he was really rocked. Congrats to Jamie. I wasn't happy with the results of most of the fights last night

Yay me, i picked jr stoppage in the second, called cain to win and get rematch with jr and called struve
+1 on varner surprising! This matchup made no sense to me at first and felt it was gonna be a long night for varner but props to him. I can't believe barbosa had no answer for the one two from varner. Excellent performance from the veteran.
Heard something happened backstage with mayhem after the fight and dana says he's done. He talked alotta crap and said cb wasn't any good. Said if he lost to cb he'd retire because he don't deserve to keep doing this if he lost to a sucky fighter like cb. But i was rooting for mayhem because i don't like cb.

Before their first fight, i had jr as a slight underdog. This time i have cain as the slight underdog but not by much. For 1, cain got stopped convincingly, but 2, i still believe cains a dangerous fight for jr. He has great wrestling, great cardio and one of the best top control. The difference in the rematch will be if cain can take jr down. Cain is at a disadvantage with height, reach and striking. He can't fight a kickboxing match with jr. I don't believe that was his game plan in their first meeting, he was striking to chop at the legs and find an opening for the takedown but he never got that chance obviously. Like mir, if jr is able to force a standing fight cain will get knocked out again or lose a decision.
Btw, after rd 1, the dr asked mir if he knew where he was, he said Mandalay bay, lol, they were at the mgm grand
