Good to see things back up and running.

I agree with Mcdonald. I think he's only 22 or 23yrs old. By the time he's 28, hopefully he'll be a monster.

The Mo fight was awesome.

I will not pay for a female fight....ever. I'll probably watch the Honda fight with one eye closed.

Jon Fitch got cut from the UFC; kind of crazy for a top 10 fighter. He's not exciting but certainly talented. Can't say I'll miss him though. I can't lie I'll watch Fitch vs. Askren.... hoping for a double KO haha.

I believe McDonald turned 22 in January.

i'm not ordering the fight either. but i'm still gonna get to see it, hehe

yea man, bs cut of jon fitch. it don't help that he's only has 1 win in his last 4 outings. and hasn't had a finish since 07. still, there are so many other fighters that deserve to be cut before fitch. he's easily still top 5 in the division. but I think it was a business decision. he can now go to bellator and dominate I guess. they cut 16 fighters total. I read they are planning to cut 100 or something like that this year. making room for strikeforce fighters I guess

There were a few other cuts that I didn't care for, but Fitch is a good measuring stick for where people are in the division.

I love the Machida vs Henderson matchup. I'm a big fan of both, but I always route for Machida. I won't be surprised if either win, but I think Dan's power and timing might be too much. Machida has great counters, but he's more likely to stagger him with punches and win by sub than KO.
My brain says Machida by decision, but I'm just hoping for a good fight.

dan is an awesome fighter and a legend. but I think he's too old to compete with the top 5. I think the shogun win was overrated. i'm a huge shogun fan but he has not looked good since he took the belt from Machida. I feel that shogun will not get a title shot let alone win it for the rest of his career. and it hurts to say that but I gotta be honest. jmo. and I see this fight going similar to the randy couture fight but of course dan has the power in his right hand be a game changer. it will be a good fight, can't wait. but I got Machida all day. either by stoppage or ud

here's a pretty good interview if you wanna hear what dana has to say about the fitch cut. I can see where he's coming from too. it sucks but I don't think it was a travesty. he says they have over a hundred contracts too many so yea, more are to come

Darn it!...I fell asleep and missed Mo's fight...details?.....I'm a big Hendo fan but I agree that his only chance is a quick knock out....and I hope he gets it.

Bad chin? Nah, the force created by a spinning anything is devastating.

Its more like he was lucky to connect it directly to his jaw.

Didn't look like it hit with much force, though. It wasn't a full swing.

np bottles

I don't think a weak chin was the case in the mo fight. if you look at the slow mo replay @ 0.11 you can see the snap and weight the guy puts into the back fist. plus it lands flush on the jaw man, that's the button right there. and I don't call that lucky either. it was well timed and capitalized on an opening. all fight mo was getting tagged by that counter right hook or after an exchange he'd leave his head wide open, arms down. training with the mayweathers made him think he can box like one in an mma fight
