I actually want more champs to call out other champs. I don't care if it's a lower division or higher. you're already champ, you're already making bank, time to focus on your legacy and there's nothing more intriguing than champ vs champ

I think jones beats mir. heck, I think he beats overeem at hw if he can survive first round and force overeem to fight to the later rounds. I think jones beats cormier at 205 also, at least that's what i'd predict although I know it would be close. there's no telling how cormier will do at 205. can't say one way or another how his body will perform

he's the underdog against jds and cain and even cormier at hw.
 
I think John Dodson could beat Reem at this point. Wasn't his last win against a very sickly Lensar? I think that if the Mir that broke Nog's arm was the one who fought Jones, Mir would walk through him. I just picture jones fighting guys like Roy Nelson or Gonzaga and just getting destroyed. I think just about any top 10 HW could dispatch Jones pretty easily...
 
Jones today beats any mir in the last 5 years. Don't forget mir was getting his ass handed to him until nog went for the anaconda choke

I think jones has a good chance at some of the top ten heavies. I think he loses to the ones that can strike and big enough to avoid take downs

Only 2 I see him beating is hunt and reem. And either of them still has more than a punchers chance and I don't see jones stopping either of them, just possibly grinding out a UD.
 
I'd like to see bones vs Cormier at like 220.

I said he'd have a good chance, not definite win.

hunt, reem, mir and bigfoot are the ones he has the best chances with. and even then he may lose. the others would most likely beat him though. but just the mere thought that he can beat even two of them in the top ten further solidifies he's either that good or the hw talent isn't that deep
 
Diaz Maynard was rather disappointing. So were both TUF finales.
