Randy will beat the **** out of Toney. Instant take down followed by 15 minutes of Ground and Pound... That or Toney will give his back because he doesn't know **** about the ground and get choked out.

toney still wins though because he still gets paid...to be honest, even in boxing, he is still a decent HW considering how bad it is at that division, but who really wants to see him in a boxing match against Sam Peter or one of the other fringe HW boxers. It just seems like a farce that Toney doesn't have to work his way up like any new guy in the sport. (I understand its about $$$, but still).
I agree with you on Toney,he reminds me of Bernard Hopkins with his infighting.....Toney's got loads of skill but lost his biggest bout with his weight gain. That's why he's been fighting as a heavyweight these past few years but like you said, who wants to see him fight? His pay days are over so he wants to rape MMA.I hope Randy gets the chance to send him on his way....out on a stretcher.

I always wondered what could have posessed him to marry a porn star in the first place.

I think thats Dana's whole point,to put someone in against Toney who could really whup his ass and show him up after all of his s*** talking. There's quite a few boxers who berate and put down MMA and I can see the matchmakers wanting to have a chance to shut one of them up on a big show.Toney is probably out of money and can't secure a big money boxing match so he calls out MMA fighters. What a parasite.
I couldn't believe it when he was calling out Fedor and saying that his boxing sucks on IMMA  Granted, Fedor's standup isn't technical at all, but when he throws, it's on point and all he needs is one punch.

Dana White Confident Jake Shields will be in UFC, possible coach against GSP on next TUF.

Roy Nelson vs. Cheick Kongo likely for UFC 116
Good for Jake. Don't think he can beat GSP, but it's possible as they're both great on the ground, but GSP might want to stand with him.

Great matchup for Roy. I'm pretty excited for it. I think there's a better opponent for him as I think he'll take Kongo to the mat and beat him, but a good test to see where he's at. Hopefully Gonzaga will be next for him.

Anybody see that Garcia/Jung fight on saturday night?

Fight of the year most likely...
that was crazy. Although it was very exciting, I hate to say it, it really was a terrible fight, lol. Both showed crazy heart, but the striking was terrible, especially by Garcia. Jung definitely showed why he's the "Korean Zombie". I really enjoyed it, though. I STRONLY disagreed with the decision, though.

I disagreed with the decision too, I didn't really think it was even close.

I know what you mean about calling it a terrible fight, but it was wildly entertaining, that why it might be FOY.

I actually think though, that Jung might turn out to be pretty good. He obviously has a great chin, and he threw a ton of punches, and a lot of them were pretty accurate.
Also, I think he has the best nickname in mma right now.

It was close, but not close enough to warrant any question who one. It felt a bit like Shogun/Machida when the ruling came out... Not much you can do though.

I wouldn't call the fight terrible. The fight was good. It was the technique (or rather, a lack thereof) that was bad. In any case both fighters gave it their all and went in trying to knock each others heads off... I was entertained.

I completely agree. He is very accurate with his punches and has a solid chin. There is no question why they call him the Korean Zombie in my eyes... There were a bunch of times he got hit hard, stumbled back, then started moving forward again like it never happened. Reminds me a lot of some zombies from some Romero movies.

I'm going to keep my eyes on Jung... I really like him after that fight.

I don't think they are married, just living together. I dont' know the whole thing but just from what I read, I am leaning towards Tito on this one. He is hated by many in mma but I think he is a good guy outside of the cage. He won my respect when I saw him coach the ultimate fighter the first time. tito seems like he's a really good coach and I would think he is a good father. Jenna, on the other hand has a history of drugs and she is/was in porn so that speaks for itself.

but who knows,.......... hope it all turns out good for them, mainly for the kids' sake
