Yoshii, so are you really a closet Bieber fan? you were done with your obligation last week already but you're still sporting the av and sig. it's cool bro, keep it as long as you like, lol
I saw Fight Night as well as 1st episode of TUF.
For me, the best fight was Cole Miller vs Ross Pierson. Cole seems to get better every time I see him. He's got slic subs and has shown obvious improvement on his striking. I still think he can utilize his reach better but I'm sure he's still growing in that area. he scored sub of the night
another great fight was Charles Oliveira vs Efrain Escovedo. Charles is friggin awesome. I think he needs to get stronger on the striking but his jj is on an elite level and the dude is only 20. I'll be keeping my eye on him. 14-0 with 13 stoppages via sub, tko or ko. that was a great fight and as soon as he got a small window of opportunity, he executed. the choke wasn't even under the chin, it was over the chin and I dont' know if Efrain tapped from being choked or from the pain of his jaw being squeezed. Charles also scored sub of the night
Jim Miller vs Gleisen Tibau kind of went the way I expected. It was kind of back and forth with no one really pulling away with it but Miller landed the more damaging shots even though Tibau got a few takedowns he wasn't able to do anything with them. I gave it to Miller 29-28
Nate Marquardt vs Rousimar Palhares had a good start but ended kind of anticlimatically. Palhares ends up getting a take down, goes for a leg and Nate turned and slipped out. Then Palhares stops to look at his corner and point to Nate's legs indicating that they are greasy and in that split second of hesitation, Nate punches him in the face and that lead to a gnp stoppage. Palhares was a good sport about it but he clearly was complaining that Nate was greased. Ref and officials checked Nate and said he's clean. Palhares later issued an apology to Nate and his team, says he made a mistake and that Nate did nothing wrong
over all it was a pretty good card
