I don't know, I think I would want my guys to keep going till the ref got in there, there is just too much of a chance for you to get screwed.
If it is really obvious, then maybe, but that is still taking a chance.

in slow motion, it looks a lot worse than it really is. I agree that sometimes a ko'd victim will take a 2-3 unnecessary shots but you can't really blame a fighter or a ref.

in the heat of the moment, they may continue to punch, heck it's a friggin fight. but i do give props to fighters who see their opponent ko'd and stop. and refs aren't perfect but they have a tuff job to do. they get criticized when they stop a fight too early, and they get criticized when they let a guy take too many punches

but i don't like that chic ref that ref'd Cyborg vs the one white chic. she needs to be retrained. that fight should've never went that long and that white chic shouldn't have taken all that punishment. at the same time, i don't know why her corner didn't throw in the towel

I totally agree with you. She was god damn awful. I remember sitting there and thinking if they don't throw the towel Cyborg is gonna murder the poor girl. Even Cyborg was looking at the ref a couple of times with an expression on her face "are you kidding me, what else do I need to do so you'll call the fight". I think even Cyborg was starting to feel bad for her opponent but just had to keep going since it's her job.

Thanks svang,I could'nt remember if the show was a replay or not.Turns out that it was and I could have had MonsterFish recording while I was at work.
