according to the upcoming fights on sherdog. Seems like a worthless fight for him, but it's good to keep fighting instead of taking too long off. Not too man good fights for him in SF, but he could fight Barnett, however that might take a while to set up.

last I heard, Fedor may be signing a new 5 fight deal with SF. Overeem will be competing in the K1 GP and Werdum is having surgery. But no fights have been confirmed.

With werdum out, fedor not sure where he's at because negotiations have been up and down, this fight may make sense unless they put him up against Barnett. But I agree, overeem defending his title against Antonio is not something I'd setup if it were up to me

thats the american fighter (pink gear) rich franklin...i think thats when he has his nose broken into little pieces.

and pwmin...why are you hating on ubereem? he is a beast. can you name a fighter thats on top of K-1 and have more submission wins than knockouts in mma. IMO the only reason he doesnt fight as much as people think, is because other fighters are scared of him. werdum after beating fedor...calls out the guy he just beat. and fedor ducks him to fight werdum. if only ubereem was in the ufc, we could see how good he really is.

overeem has not truly been tested at hw. when i think about overeem's career, he's a guy who has always crumbled against top fighters. at hw, he's only been fighting cans or B level fighters. we'll see in the near future how he does against werdum, fedor and/or josh
