Mokelembembes available

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Right?! That would be horrible!

I just want to be respectful of them.

Edited to add that they specifically have signs up in their store to not take pictures unless you have express permission.

Any idea why they have that rule? I can't think of any good reason for it

Maybe it would cause people to do exactly what we're doing lol then call up and request specific fish

secret shopping, price comparisons/competition from other stores, someone trying to find something wrong with the store/animals or store practices, theft, the desire to avoid any negativity publicity for item condition or unavailability. Even if that store is one of the best stores :]

On a positive note, I know nobody on here would do anything like that, gotta respect the policy so we can keep getting great fish from them! :]

magpie magpie yes we want you to keep having access to your favorite fish store!!!

So I asked them if I could take a few photos for a friend who would be ordering online and shipping and she said that the fish they send for online ordering are different, and not in the store itself. (Unless maybe they are out at their holding facility?) So I didn't take pics, as it wouldnt' matter.

But she encouraged anyone buying from them to call and speak with the online sales people and they will describe the fish to you as best they can.

I did look at the new LJs from Toyin - much less washed out than Vancouver's pics from yesterday right after shipping - the Faranahs were nice and dark now. <3

They didn't have any small Mokes in store, just one larger one, maybe 7ish inches for $150. I couldn't see its head, it was hiding it's head behind a plant. ;) Looked sort of green. The body wasn't as nicely patterened as mine but maybe that just happens when they get larger OR it also might just be washed out from being new.

Sorry guys, I tried!
