whats the success rates of the eggs?

Not good.. I believe it is do to the fact they keep laying on a piece of rock is not suitable for adhesion.. So the eggs roll off.. Though I am changing that this week.. I believe that once they stick the male can properly inseminate them.

Hopefully the new additions of rock facilitate this

This is only the second spawn for these two... So it is amazing that like any first tiers.. They did not eat the eggs

Try some wood. Do you have any sunk pieces in any other tanks? That is how Juantimad found them in the wild a couple times.

I use clay tile from home depot before to breed my flowerhorns it works good

Ya I have sunken drift

I just added smome slick slate and some red flagstone

Clay tiles.. I have those as well.. used them with my cons.. I am debating on if my wife will go for that or not as we have a couple large spares....

She said I needed to do anything to keep the fry.. So.....
