Are they hard to breed?

breeding seems to be not too difficult... The struggle seems to be raising the fry!!! Or getting a good hatch for me..

i never feed my fish feeders.. in the beginning when they are still small and then once i get them off live food, i give them feeders as a treat once a month or every few months.

but when i go netting my cichla get all the little tilapia,guppies,mollies and mosquito fish.
