Yeah, it was on sale at Walmart. lol
Actuallly I had an Arapima, but while I was finishing up the build he jumped out of my holding tank. I also had some other monster like Armatus and GATF, but they did not make it. Armatus to skiddish and GATF grew way to slow and was eaten. I am not really a fan of Bass as all they want to do is eat, but they do add to the huge monster look in the tank.
Thanks for the kind words as well....

arawanas are nice, if i hada a bigger tank(180+) I would get one... I really wanted one for my 48x24x24 but I thought it would be kinda crueal beacause they need more length than my tank offers...

Yes, Arrowans add grace and beauty to a tank, but man I wish we could get the asian arrowanas in the US. Now that is a site to see. When I lived in Japan, its killed me to know I could not bring any back with me.

A big +1 here!
I lived in the UK for years.

It always amazed me in Japan to walk into a store that looked like a U.S. Walmart fish section and see all these baby red, greens, blue, and yellow arrownas like it was nothing. And yet we can't get them in the US. Life is so unfair. lol Cruel world.....

Up!
