That looks amazing. I thought i was doing a big project building a 5ftx2ftx6ft for my redtail boas, but thats a HUGE enclosure!! I cant wait to see it built!

for heating i'm going to use 4-6 45-60 watt flood lights.
change of plans though, since this is monsterfishkeepers, and a lot of my influence in doing things, well Monster has come from this site, i decided to build a 6'x4'x3' pond/tank in the left side. Fully built into the enclosure, with a side and front viewing window.

The over all enclosure will be basically two storeies with a lot of hides, real plants cause he is still small, logs, shelves and burrows he can build himself. I am planning on only two feet of substrate, considering he is still small (25") but I will increase as he grows.

Please stay tuned though.
So far in the picture I have the roof and bottom and the main support beams all in place and fully secured. Today I plan on putting the backwall up and the middle support beams, then tomorrow I plan on measuring out the framing for the viewing windows of the pond. Then my next step is to find someone to help me waterproof the enclosure, then order the glass panes from fishtankfactory. And be set. :)

More pictures tomorrow.

I hope you know that BT really aren't good swimmers not in fact they have een known to drown quite easily too
I would go with the pond but might add some large stones to it and driftwood
also I would either have a large pump or have it plumed for easy water changes
