Wow the thought of a fine for killing Blue Heron never even occurred to me. I don't even know if we have fines for it around here. My dad has to kill them on occasion b/c they get caught in our DIY bird netting above the outdoor raceways on the farm. The real kicker is when they puke up a bunch of dead Rainbows to "lighten up" so they can make their escape when caught in the act
