Monster Fish Keepers store?

I did not read this whole thing, but a fish store/pet store is not as easy as many may think. LIke I was told when I started 20 years ago, its no longer a hobby! Its a hard balance. There is NEVER a Day Off, ever! If your not there you have to pay someone. No Holidays off ever. As long as there is a large investment on livestock you do not was to lose it all one day that you do not check on them.
I could go on & on but its a tough business to be in. People have no clue whats going on behind the scenes of this industry. Its crazy & its own by large corporate giants & other non pet related companies that have no clue about the pet or fish industry. Its a numbers game. Also getting quality live stock is getting harder & harder.
