ive got a 55g that im considering converting to a monster fish tank. im not sure what to get for it so i figured that maybe here i could find some good advice. id prefer something that stays under 10inches so that the fish can be comfortable in its home. im open to all suggestions EXEPT: red tail cats, arowana, jags, FHs, and any other fish that will eventually get to big because i have NO INTENTIONS of buying a larger tank.

What would you put in there if you could put any size fish? I usually go from there and get a fish that won't outgrow the tank... like if you really liked RTC, get another catfish that is similar but doesn't get huge.
Green terror would be a nice fish I bet

you could look into red wolffish or certain pike cichlids. pikes are full of personallity and are just plain awesome lol
i thought wolffish got large.... or is the red like a smaller varient? and ive slightly looked into the pikes (crenicichla right?) and they seem interesting. ill look into them a little more.zigg;4456646; said:
